Sunday 5.45am horses loaded arrived Dover 2 hours later. Paperwork no problem and on the boat for 8.10 arrived in Calais at 10.45 local time horses were very good. 728 kms later we arrived in Blois at 18.20. We spent 229 euro on diesel and 93.60 euro on tolls. The truck is amazing it drives very easy I drove all the way accept for 2 hours when phil needed feeding so he drove so I could make his lunch !!! Phil was very very tired yesterday but much better today ! Horses travelled brilliantly and were not tired at all I took their temperatures which were perfect. I cooked king prawns for dinner and we watched a DVD and then went to bed 10pm shattered !

All sounds like it went to plan, thats great. Glad the food was OK Dad and I thought you would go for the King Prawns first. Think you made good time we estimated you would arrive at 6pm our time so we were not too far out. All fine and dandy here at base, Woo has settled down fine been playing with Dad and his ball of wool. he has taken to cuddling up in one of your stable coats and looks very comfortable on your bed. Has had his sweeties and yog pot and is now fast asleep!! Its definitely a cats life here!! Glad all ok talk soon, safe trip and loads of love x
